The Seventh Annual Tom Tom Founders Festival is a week-long celebration of innovators, visionaries, and artists who are shaping small cities. The Festival occurs at dozens of venues throughout downtown Charlottesville.
In 2016, Mayor Freeman made history, twice, in the City of Port Arthur. He was the first African American male to be elected. In addition, at the age of 40, he’s also the youngest person elected as mayor in the history of Port Arthur.
