Rocio Chio Cabrera has spent the last three years working to innovate small and large businesses in the Milwaukee area. She is an alumna of The Commons program where she founded a start-up and worked with ManpowerGroup's innovation project. She continues to participate in The Commons as a coach for ManpowerGroup where she co-leads students to develop new services, strategies, and customer understanding. She is currently finishing her B.S in Entrepreneurship at Marquette University.
