The Seventh Annual Tom Tom Founders Festival is a week-long celebration of innovators, visionaries, and artists who are shaping small cities. The Festival occurs at dozens of venues throughout downtown Charlottesville.
Rhoda J. Stauffer manages affordable housing programs for Park City Municipal Corporation, a resort town of 7,885 that has an economy based on welcoming up to 50,000 daily guests in ski season. Park City has an inclusionary housing program that has produced 275 units to date. The City is also building units directly utilizing RDA funding.
