The Seventh Annual Tom Tom Founders Festival is a week-long celebration of innovators, visionaries, and artists who are shaping small cities. The Festival occurs at dozens of venues throughout downtown Charlottesville.
David is serving his 6th term as the 57th District’s delegate. He sits on the Courts of Justice, Commerce and Labor, and Rules Committees. As House Democratic leader since 2011, a peer-elected position, David manages the legislative process for Democrats on the House floor, and travels the state to promote electing Democrats to the House.
