Marga Odahowski is a speaker, corporate coach, and author. Marga’s mission is to bring the integration of research and practical skills to individuals to facilitate wellbeing and creativity. Marga has a MSE in Counseling Education and served on the faculty at University of Virginia for 24 years where she has taught mindfulness-based academic courses and workshops to faculty, students and staff. As a consultant, she developed and taught the Mindful Executive program for the MBA Executives Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, the Mindful Leadership course at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and the Mindful Leadership Course at the Federal Executive Institute. For the past three years, Marga has been a corporate leadership coach with the company, BetterUp, and facilitates workshops for the UVA Contemplative Science Center.
