MIMA Improvisational Songwriting Workshop
Limited Capacity seats available

MIMA (Modern Improvisational Music Appreciation) uses group improvisation in the form of games and other creative processes to generate material for musical composition. Activities use the body and voice as the source of musical sound. Participants will take part in a condensed, 2 hour MIMA session culminating in the creation of an original song.
Come meet new friends, write a song, and learn about MIMA's work in Charlottesville and beyond.

Telemetry Experimental Music Series
Limited Capacity seats available

This monthly music series occurs in partnership with the University of Virginia McIntire School of Music. Featuring students, locals, and renown experimental performers, we push boundaries of musicianship by offering a unique opportunity to engage new methods of composition and instrumentation. Unlike anything else in the city, Charlottesville artists and audiences connect with new concepts and are continuously inspired towards ingenuity through unique sound experiences. March's installment is a partnership with the Music Matters Series at UVA
