The Seventh Annual Tom Tom Founders Festival is a week-long celebration of innovators, visionaries, and artists who are shaping small cities. The Festival occurs at dozens of venues throughout downtown Charlottesville.
A nonprofit management professional, Lesley has become well versed in building science; energy efficiency and renewable energy; and the contractors who implement these technologies. She is deeply passionate about the relationship between energy efficiency and affordable housing.
