The Seventh Annual Tom Tom Founders Festival is a week-long celebration of innovators, visionaries, and artists who are shaping small cities. The Festival occurs at dozens of venues throughout downtown Charlottesville.
J.R. Tolbert is Vice-President, State Policy for Advanced Energy Economy. In this role, J.R. oversees AEE’s policy development and campaigns at the state-level and coordinates policy with 14 of AEE’s state partner groups.
