The Seventh Annual Tom Tom Founders Festival is a week-long celebration of innovators, visionaries, and artists who are shaping small cities. The Festival occurs at dozens of venues throughout downtown Charlottesville.

Join Tom Tom Artists-In-Residents James Johnson and Frank Walker as they discuss their work during an informal artist talk at the Charlottesville's Welcome Gallery. Bring your own lunch and learn the techniques and inspiration behind the works of a pair of local artists. This luncheon is in partnership with New City Arts.
