Learn from UVA’s career development experts Julia Lapan and Carolyn Kalantari as they lead participants through an interactive workshop that will give you the tools to “build your way forward” in designing your career path. Using design thinking activities and career coaching methods, participants will engage in a process of self-discovery, leading to the development of multiple career path options and ideas for new courses of action.
