Cities are rapidly developing their analytical capacity, sometimes leaving the rest of the organization unsure about how to use these new abilities. This workshop will give participants greater insight into how cities can apply advanced analytics to achieve real outcomes, and help them understand what it takes to create a successful data science project. We will discuss real-world projects, learn a process for teeing up opportunities, and work together to explore potential applications within your own practice.
