The Seventh Annual Tom Tom Founders Festival is a week-long celebration of innovators, visionaries, and artists who are shaping small cities. The Festival occurs at dozens of venues throughout downtown Charlottesville.
With 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors, Elizabeth Cromwell's background includes marketing, public relations, corporate partnerships, advocacy and large-scale event management. Previously, she was Director of Corporate and Community Partnerships for Frederick County Public Libraries, where she co-founded Frederick's literary celebration, Frederick Reads.
