Tom Tom Founders Festival 2018

The Seventh Annual Tom Tom Founders Festival is a week-long celebration of innovators, visionaries, and artists who are shaping small cities. The Festival occurs at dozens of venues throughout downtown Charlottesville.

A city of Boulder planner for over fifteen years, Michelle is currently Boulder’s Inclusionary Housing Program Manager. Michelle has extensive experience in developing and implementing Boulder’s Inclusionary Housing Ordinance and related regulations and policies including taking a lead role on two major program updates the most recent of which included adding a middle-income pricing tier and incentives for providing the affordable units on-site.
